Thank you for your interest in the products offered by Electric4Boats online store.

This Limited Warranty applies to the House Battery Automatic Selector for boats and yachts, HBAS, purchased from Electric4Boats.com.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Electri4Boats will repair or replace, at no charge, HBAS or parts of an HBAS that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Electri4Boats will either repair the HBAS at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or will replace the HBAS by a completely new one, at the company discrection.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for HBAS purchased from Electric4Boats is 2 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement HBAS or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original HBAS or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Breakages caused by inadequate installation.
• Failures or damages caused by exposure to sunlight, rain, excessive ambient temperature or humidity.
• Damages caused by poor handling, falls, impacts, chemicals, fuels, or oils.
• Electrical short-circuits, or application of voltage or amperage above that specified in the manual.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can count on our full availability to solve your problem at any time.
